What is TRS Project Management Solutions all about?

Terry and Rick discovered that it was extremely expensive and time consuming everytime they had to bring in new staff for projects and clients. They did some research and found that with the advancement of technology, the virtual outsourcing industry was a viable option to not only increase productivity, but boost company moral, and lower their costs considerably.

Seeing that this blueprint has worked magic for their business, they are now able to re-create the same win-win situation for other clients by providing professional staff, training, and virtual outsourcing staff to other companies as well.

We will be there with you from beginning to end helping you plan, coordinate, and meet all project timelines. Our professional staff has a motto "no task is too small". Just think of the time that we can free up for you working in the background on budgets, data mining, meeting minutes, project charters and scopes, as well as research, document creation, and planning.

Do you possess long term viability?

That’s what is great about the virtual staffing industry. You can hire a contractor for as long or as short as you need or see fit. Therefore we have developed a business plan that outlines both situations. If you need someone for 30 days or 3 years, we are here to support you along the way.

How do I pay you?

We offer monthly payment plans and flat rate plans payable by credit card, Paypal, or certified check based on a retainer agreement that works well with your companies needs and project budget constraints.

How do I ensure that my data is protected?

We make every effort to ensure that all data is protected via our network as well as yours. We do this by making sure all contractors sign and implement NDA’s and company agreements.

How do I sign-off a contract or work order?

We will first consult with you to find out exactly what your needs are and then come up with a plan that meets both parties needs.  A contract and outline will be drawn up and then work will begin. All work and time will be documented and every week our specialist will meet with you and the contractor to ensure that all work has been performed successfully and that you are happy with the arrangement.
