TRS Project Management Solutions was founded by Rick Haywood and Terry Joaquin two very well respected senior-level professionals with a combined 40+ years’ experience in management, consulting and process improvement analysis with a variety of for & not for profit, government and Fortune 100 companies.
Terry and Rick's expertise are accomplished practitioners in Program & Project Management, Strategic Planning, Requirements Management, Release Management, Business Process Reengineering, Change Management, and Employee Development.
Rick and Terry saw a great need for higher turnaround with clients and projects. In the past they discovered that they had huge start-up costs trying to bring in new employees and contractors. And wanted to come to a resolution that would allow for great flexibility while still lowering costs and training time. They began researching different options and came to the realization that virtual staffing would allow their clients to not only be more productive, but cut office staff, cut funding on projects, and allow for greater flexibility when staffing certain positions.
Through their findings, they hired and management a team of "virtual" employees that not only met their project management and coordination needs, but helped them free up much needed and valuable time to take on more clients and enjoy more flexibility when completing important steps such as charter creation, data analyzing and mining, project coordination, meeting minutes and attendance, and much sought after excel worksheet creation and analysis.
Seeing what a great tool virtual staffing has been for their own needs, they brought on a virtual staffing expert, Stacey Wockenfuss, who has 10 years experience working in the the virtual assisting, internet marketing and expertise arena. She plays an important role helping to manage and train new hires and as well as making Terry and Rick's staff available for their clients and offering professional virtual project management coordination and services to clients with the same needs and growth oriented mind set as their own.
TERRY jOAQUIN

Terry is a senior-level Information Technology professional with over 20 years experience at Fortune 100 companies with an emphasis on program, product and project management, as well as systems development management. She is an accomplished practitioner in large-scale systems integration, process evaluation and implementation, strategic planning, and all IT aspects of corporate acquisitions and divestitures. More recently, her area of practice focus has been on private and public-sector project management consulting, enterprise security, wireless telecommunications, information management, healthcare, and enterprise portfolio management.
The ability to draw upon a solid base of computing knowledge, combined with an advanced knowledge of project management, process improvement and consulting best practices have supported a career founded upon 100% success in a variety of rapidly changing and competitive technologies and environments.
Terry holds a Master’s of Science in Information Management from the University of Washington, an ITIL (IT Service Management) certificate, and was an SEI CMM team leader which achieved a Level 2 certification.

Terry is expert in her ability to utilize the requisite leadership skills to manage remotely virtual and organizationally diverse project team members to achieve project success and client satisfaction.
· Product manager for a large software company chosen to define and manage a new enterprise initiative to identify, remediate & provide a test environment for potentially impacting major system upgrades across the large sales organization. Supporting initiative infrastructure developed based upon CMM, CMMI & RUP best practices
RICK hAYWOOD

Taking on challenging projects and programs is Rick’s focus. He has extensive experience directing multimillion-dollar technology, business process, and transformational programs. He excels in organizational performance, optimization, and leadership roles. Core competencies include getting things done, leading in crisis, strong business analysis and strategy production, and executive communication, especially when confidence is required. Rick has a knack for getting to know companies from the inside out and he brings to the table his invaluable people skills.
Rick holds a bachelors degree from Brigham Young University and spent many years in the US armed forces in the Middle East as well as Eastern Europe.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
· Led AT&T PMO, 54 program and project managers with projects spanning the entire lifecycle: product development to engineering to deployment to operations, suffered from low efficiency · Created a new team of 32 project managers and $80M in capital to meet requirements to field two new technologies and integrate with thousands of police and fire departments across the country. · Simultaneously created project management methodology and roadmap analysis. Put in place governance procedures, communications tools, and homegrown sharepoint tool to overcome lack of resident tools. Brought in full project management team to implement the projects on time.
sTACEY wOCKENFUSS

Stacey has been an expert leader in the virtual assisting, internet marketing, and online business development industry for almost 10 years. She has a knack for taking small and up and coming businesses to the next level with her sound advice and broad knowledge of online internet marketing community.
Stacey has advanced knowledge of internet marketing, project management, and staffing solutions. She and has written many articles on the importance and development of the virtual and outsourcing industry. She is currently finishing up a book on the virtual staffing industry and hopes to have it out by early January 2008.

Stacey is an expert in seeking out solutions that not only meet the client’s needs, but increase productivity, sales, project goals and output creating a professional and dynamic staffing solution based on each individual client’s needs. She works with the client to make sure all needs are met and projects are completed in a timely manner always seeking out the best solution.
